Block Paving Contractor, Block Paved Driveways.
We specialise in the laying of block paved driveways. Firstly we survey the area that needs to be paved and organise the removal of the old driveway or lawn. Hardcore is then added and a drainage solution is worked out to disperse rain water towards channel drains or gulley traps. After compaction of the hardcore we add a layer of bedding sand to lay the block paving on. Kerbs if needed are laid to form a perimeter for the new driveway and are backed up with concrete to support them. Then we lay the block paving and cut end brick where needed to complete the driveway. A final compaction is done and kiln dried sand is swept into block joints to lock the block paving together.
We use Acheson and Glover, Kilsaran and Tobermore block paving products which come in different styles and colours. Block paved circles can be added to give a centre piece design in the driveway and border blocks and setts can be added round the perimeter to good effect. Block paved steps can be built at doors where you can eliminate the plain concrete step. When the block paved driveway is complete it will be a great asset to the home for many years to come.
We provide a block paving service to counties Monaghan, Cavan, Louth, Meath, Kildare and Dublin in Ireland. Counties Fermanagh, Armagh and Tyrone in Northern Ireland.
