 "i knew from when i made the first phone call that i was dealing with someone who knew what they were talking about

 i loved that Mark's biggest worry was where to put the left over topsoil, that he was able to advise me there and then over the phone re how much filling and bags of cement i would need, the equipment i would need and more importantly an idea of costs re the inputs

 i was delighted that he was able to give a quotation over the phone, just from asking the right questions, like the fall in the garden and runnoffs etc, i knew i was finally dealing with someone knew their stuff

 when Mark arrived it was great, i explained what i wanted and that was it, he never once tried to talk me out of my ideas, or tell me that i was asking for the impossible, he was very easy to get on with and worked like a trojan, even in the heatwave we had, i never once thought he would get to dig out the garden in one day, but he did, and all the topsoil was placed in my new flowerbeds, no question, and not just dumped for someone else move on again later

 I was delighted with my patio and the attention to detail, and have not stopped smiling since, it was something i wanted done for a very very long time and was terrified that i would be disappointed with the finished result, but it was perfect and absolutley stressfree, it was a pleasure to have found Mark and i have recommended him to everyone

 and the biggest compliment i can pay is that neither my husband or his brothers could find one bad word or fault with the work done and believe me, that speaks volumes!!!
